The menu...
Bell's Pale Ale
with an assortment of bite-sized sausage snacks
Bell's Oberon Ale
and Veal Cippolata meatballs in a creamy beef and tomato sauce over lemon herb
couscous, topped with caramelized onion and golden currant marmalade
Bell's Two Hearted Ale
with Lamb Currywurst over stewed chickpeas, basmati rice and naan
Vienna Smoked Lager
with Amerikrainer (combination of pork, beef, pickled cherry peppers and cheese)
over spaetzle and sauteed brussel sprouts and pine nuts, topped with a smoked
bacon kraut
Bell's Amber Ale
and a fancy macaroni and cheese, with Iberian Chorizo, Crimini mushroom, tomato
concasee, and a creamy ancho chili four-cheese sauce tossed with large elbo
macaroni
Oarsman Ale
with a pork and apple pastry, filled with ground pork, apples, almonds and
spices, fried and drizzled with a powdered sugar glaze
